100% gluten free restaurant in Islington, North London.
People often assume that sushi must be naturally gluten free, but no, you’d be surprised! The food industry always finds a way to sneak gluten into everything. And even when they don’t, there’s that pesky cross contamination involved. And so I was excited when I found out that this place caters for coeliacs.
Crudessence is a 100% gluten free and raw vegan restaurant chain in Montreal (Quebec/Canada).
This vietnamese restaurant chain has been one of my safe places to eat at in London for a few years. They’ve always been very clued up about allergens/cross contamination, but they recently made virtually everything on their menu gluten free so it’s better than ever before!
Petit Lapin is a completely gluten free and vegan bakery in Montreal (Quebec, Canada) that is also free from all the main allergens!
100% gluten free, grain free and paleo food stall in Camden Market, among other locations.
I just came back from a trip to Cannes in the South of France and I’m not going to lie, it’s not the best place for Coeliacs. It’s very much a gluten heaven (or nightmare!). No matter where you stand, there will be a pizza, bowl of pasta, some baguette bread or a combination of all these in sight.
