I improvised this recipe on the spot and it turned out so good! To the point that my boyfriend spent the entire breakfast commenting on how good they were, how the butter and chocolate melting together was absolute perfection and how he actually prefers them to my normal waffles.

Super simple and absolutely delicious omelette, serves 2 to 4 (depending on what sides you eat with it). I served mine with a cup of fresh salad tomatoes and half of an avocado. 🙂 Enjoy!
