For today’s recipe I thought I’d finally try my hand at making my own gluten free pumpkin pies! ? Featuring a yoghurt based shortcrust pastry and pie filling.
This healthy frozen yoghurt recipe is a slightly different take on the banana ‘nice cream’ that’s been so popular for the last few years. If you’re new to this, it’s basically blended frozen bananas masquerading as ice cream! But with the added Greek-style yoghurt, it has a far more genuine ice cream consistency.

These healthy low carb coconut waffles are thin, fluffy and delicious, with a mildly sweet and coconutty flavour. They’re made with very little flour, compared to normal waffles, and are seriously quick to make. No electric mixer or resting time needed for the batter.
