A delicious and healthier alternative to flapjacks that works well as a breakfast, snack or dessert!
I improvised this recipe on the spot and it turned out so good! To the point that my boyfriend spent the entire breakfast commenting on how good they were, how the butter and chocolate melting together was absolute perfection and how he actually prefers them to my normal waffles.
Made with Genius gluten free ready-to-roll puff pastry and served with a sprinkle of icing sugar and whipped cream.
With Lemon Juice, Dark Muscovado & Pomegranate.
