Baked Chicken Souvlaki

Marinade Ingredients

(for 3 medium chicken breasts / about 5 skewers)

  • 2 Tbsp dried oregano
  • A few garlic cloves (or 2 Tbsp garlic powder)
  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper


  1. Dice the chicken, marinate for 30 minutes and soak the skewers in water while you’re waiting.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200C, add the chicken on the skewers (feel free to add whatever vegetables you want) and cook in the oven, on a non stick baking tray, for about 25 mins or until cooked through.
  3. Serve with fresh parsley and more squeezed lemon juice.
